Services

Adults
I offer a compassionate and affirming space to explore identity, navigate relationships and intimacy, heal from trauma, and move toward deeper self-acceptance. My practice supports clients in making sense of their queerness, questioning gender or sexuality, coming out, transitioning, addressing shame, and reconnecting with their inner child.

Young People
I offer a non-judgmental environment where young people can freely explore their gender and sexuality and navigate problems that may arise from feeling different. I draw upon various creative therapies, such as play therapy, art therapy and sand tray therapy, when working with young people to help connect with deeper feelings and work through them together.

Couples
I offer a supportive space to explore how attachment patterns can create negative cycles that can make us feel stuck and how to move toward deeper intentionality in our connections. Together, we navigate common issues that many couples face, including differences in emotional and sexual needs, exploring gender and sexuality within the partnership, and working with the complexities of polyamory and open relationships.

Parents
I offer a supportive space for parents and caregivers to ask questions and gain insights into the experiences of their LGBTQIA+ young people. Through open dialogue and education, we can strengthen family bonds, develop parenting strategies and foster a deeper understanding and acceptance for our queer and questioning kids.
